Birthday Cake!

Hey im finally back to blogging its been a busy few weeks. WOW! I think I think i ca officially buy some stock seeing that ive bee baking so much. MAny times we want overnight success when starting a new adventure but we have to remind ourselves that overnight failure comes instantly so it better to crawl before walk. I have been trying alot of new cake and icing recipes and think I have concocted some really delicious ones, with that being said I have also put together with a menu thats somewhat basic but also open to customizing a cake flavor for any customer. People always say roses smell so good but I can tell you this when your learning how to make buttercream roses they have a stinch that really makes you turn your nose up unti you get the hang of it, Im glad to say that after much practice they are looking really good. Im having so much fun right Im learning that when we follow our dreams and pursue our passions we find happiness that we never thought possible. I will say this inadvance because Its a "No Duh" statment meant but now more than ever I have realized that everyday is someones birthday, I have done quite a few birthday cakes and they are lots of fun... okay all the cakes are fun but birthdays are wild and you really get to go over the top with decorating. Im especially excited for tonight because today is my oldestbrothers birthday and I am delivering his cake to his party tonight, I ried a few different designs that turned out wonderful, the color scheme is purple and gold and it looks awesome if I might say so myself. I will post pictures as soon as I get some free time as for now I must go start decorating the cake for tomorrows wedding!
